Mike is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual with 30 years experience in Marketing (Royal Mail), consultancy (CACI Ltd) and Banking (Royal Bank of Scotland).Mike embraces change, is flexible in approach and always seeking to ensure that customers are at the very heart of the decision making process. Recognised as having an organised and logical approach, when delivering multiple tasks (operational and projects) concurrently, in a fast-paced and complex environment. Working with, managing and development of people, and with strong interpersonal skills, able to positively relate to individuals across a wide spectrum of managerial and executive scenarios with a track record of delivering results, relishing responsibility and belief in taking a pro-active role in all aspects of workplace environment.Mike retired from RBS in June 2019 to take on a new role as Scouting Support Officer for the Scout Association in South East Scotland based in Edinburgh. He is now Deputy Regional Commissioner for South East Scotland scouts in a volunteer role.
