About Mike Vine

Kit Management Experience in Professional Football, working at Club and Country Level, with First Team and Academy, and in Men’s and Women’s game.Experience with various England squads (men and women), and for Wales U21s/U19s/U17s/U15s (men and women) including Euro Championship Qualifying tournaments. Previous Kit Management experience with Norwich City, and with Non-League Clubs including Eastleigh FC and Bashley FC. Enjoy learning generally about the game, and have passed courses on Player Care, Talent Identification in Football (Level 1 and 2), Opposition/Match Analysis, Introduction to Scouting, the FA Safeguarding Children Workshop and Welfare Officers Course, Intro to First Aid. Prior to football Kit Management, I gained significant experience within both the Private and Public sectors. Extensive experience working for major blue-chip companies (Barclays and Lloyd's of London), operating in a multi-cultural environment, and also for UK Police Forces (Hampshire Constabulary, Thames Valley Police, South East Regional Organised Crime Unit), the Ministry of Defence (UK Hydrographic Office) and Charities (the RNLI and The National Trust). Areas of expertise in Service & Supplier Management, Project & Programme Management and People Management, supported by the use of many IT disciplines.In my spare time, I have written my first book, published in October 2019 "The Little Book of Pet Hates".
