-Report on performance against agreed KPI's. · Monitor change control process with internal teams and customer.· Participate in sourcing activities for supply base to ensure that all materials are procured in support of the production schedule.· Support Quotation and NPI processes to ensure that all activities are completed in line with agreed timelines and quality levels· Participate in product ramp through high volume manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction metrics are achieved· Build and manage a small team of customer facing Program Managers tasked with the above responsibilities
