 As the first Sales Director for the company the role was to start a new sales force within Fetch Logistics. The sales force grew from 5 account executives to 14 the first day on the job. Managed up to 22 account executives at one point in 2012 including 2 in the Chicago office. Currently manage 10 account executives while a second Sales Director promoted this year manages the other 10 account executives Developed training programs to help new account executives get up to speed quickly and become profitable for the company. These training programs are still used today.  Personally trained 9 new account executives and helped them reach profitability quickly.  Had to determine ways to quantify each account executive’s contribution on a daily basis. Was responsible to address underperformers and help them change habits to become more productive.  Created a great culture within the group and as a result the sales force had zero turnover in personnel for almost 12 months.  Established strategies to find and increase business from new accounts. 18% of the overall business in 2012 was from brand new accounts set up by the sales force in 2012. Was personally involved in setting up some larger customers in 2012.

 Started a new office from scratch within the Amherst office that focused on business in a 500 mile radius around Columbus, OH. Responsible to manage the P & L for the Columbus office and within 2 months after inception the office was profitable.  Directly managed 5 people in the office that were responsible to handle Sales and Operations for Columbus. Two of the people I managed were eventually promoted to directors.  The monthly growth was consistent. The Columbus office is currently the second largest office in the company
