This job is responsible for all aspects of technology infrastructure for the Bachman’s. This includes the strategic planning, procurement, implementation, security, protocols, and management of Information Technology infrastructure and hardware solutions in use by Bachman’s and the IT operational activities associated with them.Hardware administration for 30+ servers, 300+ desktops/laptops, smart devices and a virtual server environmentMicrosoft O365 administration for 400+ users.Backup services for entire enterprise.Security/PCI ComplianceOversee the daily infrastructure operations of the IT Department to ensure the functionality,availability, and security of Bachman’s IT systems, data, hardware, backups, and telecommunications;troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise. Manage IT infrastructure vendors, contracts, and servicelevel agreements and perform vendor risk assessments.Implement and operationalize security controls to safeguard Bachman’s information assets and ensure compliance to industry security standards and protocols.Manage department team members, including performance and training assessments. Assist in the development of IT staffing plan and professional growth.Evaluate and assess strategic infrastructure solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies that drive process automation and improve organization effectiveness and efficiencies.Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, virtual/in-person training and attendance of educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, networking and participation in professional industry groups.Supervises the user help desk function, voice and data telecommunication services, servers, and network infrastructures utilizing best practices.Implements, modifies, and maintains voice and data telecommunications services, provides user technical support, performs server administration, and manages all infrastructure operational aspects of the IT function.
