Familiar with the process of wastewater treatment and pure water production with complex composition, increase the wastewater reuse rate of panel plant from 20% to about 50%, and have experience in the construction, installation, commissioning and operation of large-scale wastewater stations and pure water stations during the construction of the factory.3. Engaged in sustainable development &ESG work for 9 years, responsible for environmental protection, CSR work, occupational health, safety, customer confidentiality, ISO system construction, energy management and other modules. The new technology proposed to achieve zero discharge of wastewater from lithium battery factories was affirmed by the government, participated in VOC emission reduction projects, and fed back national environmental protection laws and regulations and adopted them. Led the safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and labor ethics audits of well-known mobile phone brand customers and passed all of them with full scores. Promote the reduction of the number of people exposed to occupational hazards. Experience in handling EHS emergencies, and promote the safe performance of responsibilities by factory corporate legal persons and managers. Experience in EHS during the construction period.4. Proficient in carbon management (helping well-known third parties to correct carbon mistakes for many times), leading corporate carbon inventory and product carbon footprint calculation, leading carbon planning, building energy system and implementing energy-saving management; Collect and share responses to internal and external ESG regulations (green trade barriers), and lead the planning and implementation of green supply chains.5. Conduct ESG management, formulate corporate ESG goals, identify the financial impact of climate risks, build supply chain ESG management, and review and publish ESG reports required by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.6.
