Leading operation team to pass 2019 Mrriott Group BSA (Brand standard Audit) achieve brand standard score with 97 (2018 Score 87) and operation score with 93.7(2018 score 86.7)

AS EAM-DOSM responsible to oversees the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the EXCOM in achieving the hotel’s market positioning and revenue goals .Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotel. Protects and guards corporate standards, brand integrity and hotel image.

Achievement: Exceeded 2017 hotel budget both in revenue and GOP, Drive the Revpar from 476(2016) to 545 (2017), Rooms revenue was 14.2 % increase than last year (ADR increase 6.4% and total room nights increase 9% ), Catering revenue increase 6.3% than last year, hotel total revenue increase 10.4% than last year and above budget 5.2%. Achieve 2017 RPI 164.

Achievement: leading by GM and cooperate with opening team to make sure the hotel successful opening. Complete marketing survey , positioning the hotel , set up the rate structure of hotel production and revenue goal, create marketing strategic and plan ,work out each segment sales activity .
