As a Business Tester, responsibilities included Unit, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing. Developing a high level of experience using DRIVES and Drives 24, as well as the refactoring of DRIVES and ultimately becoming the first point of contact for the DRIVES Help Desk to resolve complex issues.During the Business Tester Role, opportunities arose when the manager was on leave to act as Testing Supervisor, managing the DRIVES Help Desk including a range of other projects.
