I believe one of the most important things to recognize is that things always change. Embracing life with that notion and choosing to adapt has made all the difference for me on my career journey as I have demonstrated:▪ Leadership across digital and traditional product development, creative services, and operations with an emphasis on content development, customer support, and user experience for PreK-12 audiences and stakeholders▪ Proficiency in project management, workflow analysis, problem-solving, and implementation of solutions across channels including IT, customer relations, marketing, creative services, and product development ▪ Dexterity and cleverness in the use of SaaS and technology solutions for project management, data analysis, reporting, and low-code application development in support of team, overall business, and end customers’ needs▪ Excellence in communication with the versatility to engage individual co-workers, internal teams, external vendors, key stakeholders, and consumer audiences▪ Adaptability as a lifelong learner with a change mentality to support the diversity and pace of new ideas, people, and processes in education, traditional business, and non-profit environmentsMost of all, I try not to take life or myself too seriously anymore.
