After receiving my BS EE degree from CU Boulder, I spent 10 years as an internet software developer. After developing proficiency as a team lead, I transitioned into engineering management roles, wherein I utilized my technical background to manage multi-disciplinary organizations and software stacks. As a Vice President Engineering/Project/Program/Product manager, I implemented Agile methodologies across distributed teams, attracted and mentored talent at all skill levels and shaped company culture through acquisitions, pivots and executive team overhauls.
