Senior Customer Success Manager - Public Sector
CurrentAs a Customer Success Manager I am the “voice of the customer” and manage the client relationship throughout the customer life cycle. I partner with customer Account teams to optimize the value of their investment with Medallia and maximize program impact at an organizational level. We create a world class customer experience that allows customer teams to leverage Medallia products and services easily and effectively.Internally across Medallia, I proactively build relationships and bring the best of what Medallia has to offer to our clients (e.g., new product, process innovation, research and insights).
