Rooted in the values instilled by his parents and inspired by Heritage Health’s founder, Lidwin Dirne, Mike prioritizes empathy and connection in his leadership, excelling at building trust and turning challenges into opportunities.Mike earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Utah, followed by an MBA that informs his relationship-driven approach. Beyond his work, he is a dedicated husband and father of three, as well as a creative at heart—channeling his love for art and music into personal projects. He’s also an avid outdoorsman and hockey goalie who thrives on challenges, continuous growth, and relationship-building.
