With 19 years of experience in the US Air Force, I am a seasoned Senior Enlisted Leader in the Cybersecurity Directorate, responsible for the protection and defense of critical networks and assets. I hold a CISSP certification and a master's degree in Information Technology, and I have a strong background in risk management, asset management, and security operations. In my current role, I lead a team of 120 cyber professionals in Hawaii, overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of cyber defensive operations and training. In my previous roles, I supported the Wing Staff Agencies as a Superintendent, and the Critical Networks Defense as a Senior Enlisted Leader, where I contributed to the development and implementation of cyber strategies, policies, and standards. I am passionate about enhancing the cyber readiness and resilience of the US Air Force, and I strive to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence among my peers and subordinates.
