I am fortunate to be the Enterprise Service Leader for Mercer | Leapgen. At Mercer | Leapgen, we design and execute innovative digital strategies to transform how HR delivers value to the business and how people experience work.​​ We fuel the success of digital transformation programs by delivering market-leading unbiased advice, human-centered consulting, knowledge, research and tools to enterprises and solutions providers.​​We partner with HR and IT leaders globally to challenge established thinking and shape their organization's workforce experience. We also work with the Workforce and HR Technology software providers who serve them. Our areas of focus include digital workforce transformation, recruiting & onboarding, career growth & development (i.e., talent management), HR service delivery, employee engagement and workforce insights (i.e., people analytics). I lead our Delivery organization, managing talent, methodology, growth and profitability. I also work with our Sales, Marketing and Delivery Teams to manage relationships with clients and ensure their success. I have over 20 years of enterprise consulting experience with a strong track record of partnering with customers and building high-performing teams. Prior to my role with Mercer, I cofounded Leapgen and helped grow it for 6 years before helping to 'exit' the firm to a new chapter as Mercer | Leapgen. Before that, I spent over a decade at Appirio, most recently as a Partner collaborating with clients to solve problems with the company's HR-, CRM- and Enterprise Collaboration-related services. I was also the Practice Leader of the company's Cornerstone Practice, starting it and growing it to just under 40 people, making us the software company's largest enterprise service partner in just under 2 years. Prior to that I played a variety of services and services leadership roles working with multinational enterprise clients in need of digital HR solutions.I started my career as an Industry Analyst with IDC, a global market intelligence firm. As Program Director of Learning Services Research, I managed relationships with 40+ clients and led studies in areas such as blended learning, training outsourcing, LMS, performance management and the use of customer/partner education as a marketing tool. I also advised private equity firms conducting due diligence in the HR solutions market.I hold a BS (Allied Health) and an MBA (Marketing, Finance) from Boston University.I am a proud family man and avid youth sports volunteer.
