-Based on negotiated terms, create and distribute contracts for sponsorships with ASCAP’s award shows, EXPO and small events.-Review agreements with hotels and venues to ensure it fits the needs of ASCAP and ASCAP’s members.-Review settlements between ASCAP Members and work with the Member’s attorney representatives to coordinate the proper ASCAP record.

• Review and coordinate contracts for company’s events (i.e. ASCAP “I Create Music” EXPO, New York Sessions,Award Shows)
• Research and create affidavits and confirmations for International Performing Rights Societies to help with any litigation.
• Administrative duties for the AVP of Legal Affairs such as, answering phones for AVP, General Counsel & SVP and Director of Legal Corporate, draft letters, confirmations, affidavits, help with research on previous.

· Make sure the members correctly receive royalties distributed from ASCAP· Coordinate 10 staff members: work with the team to meet deadlines on projects and handle inquires from ASCAP members.· Facilitate department and team meeting.· Review contracts and agreements to resolve discrepancies or disputes between share splits on a song title or on members.

• Plan and produce major concerts, music festivals, expos, and corporate events.
• Plan and manage the onsite security company to ensure all areas of security are covered.
• Maintain the VIP list for artist and sponsors and work with hospitality to ensure VIP and artists are taken care of.
• Responsibility of managing the stage-in of venders and stage equipment, hospitality of artists, setup and hospitality of venders, setup and breakdown of stage, coordination of volunteers, and more.Events Include:-Dave.
