Accountable for managing the delivery of 11 critical projects, and for providing managerial support to all department heads for all projects conducted by the company. Transform the company’s Technical Support center and maintain the highest quality of customer service by implementing CMS software along with an integrated phone system. Responsible for providing product analysis reports to management and recommending future products based on customer feedback. • Establish a structured, matured Technical Support call center.• Trained and managed a staff of three Technical Support technicians.• Oversee the week-to-week operations of the technical support center.• Generate and assess bi-weekly reports and review customer information for possible product issues and required solutions.
