Throughout my career I have been on the leading edge of evolving system and process changes. In my manufacturing career, I learned early on how to use statistics to solve manufacturing problems. I was also part of the first group of suppliers working with Ford to implement SPC. As a Plant Manager, I was one of the earlier implementers of One-Minute Manager, Stephen Covey, and the Inverted Pyramid concept. Later, I learned firsthand from Toyota, how to implement the Toyota Production System and successfully implemented it in several processes. Quality has always been paramount to the way I work and I have carried it into my recruiting practice. I bring together top twenty percent performers with companies that are highly motivated to improve processes and build better culture.
