Judge Hodges granted Admin Radiology’s motion for judgment as a matter of law and entered judgment in its favor, 2015 WL 403221 (M.D. Fla. Jan. 28, 2015), which the Eleventh Circuit affirmed, 2016 WL 1743474 (11th Cir. May 3, 2016).In addition to his litigation experience, Bittman has served as outside general counsel for hospitals and other health care entities, and represents parties in health care transactions, including the drafting of letters of intent, purchase and sale contracts, leases, management agreements, and other contracts.
