    As a lifelong tennis player, 30+ years at this point, I thought that it was time for me to give back to the sport that I adore. I discovered the opportunity to become an Official during the pandemic. I sat down and began my certification process. I really love this game!I started out as a Roving Official working many Junior tournaments, and found my way to the Lane Cane Tennis Center in West Orlando, where I had played tournaments as a Junior myself. It was here that I reconnected with my roots and so many more colleagues and friends. This was home.As of late, I have been made the Resident Referee. I have had the opportunity to interact with thousands of players and their families. I have made friends with former ATP Pros as well as being invited to play with them at their home venues! This has been just an amazing opportunity to have a very positive impact on the development and growth of the sport at the grassroots level in hosting more than 40 tournaments annually!!!I have earned the respect of so many players and their families from my steadfast beliefs in fairness, sportmanship, and respect for our sport.Who knows where this passion of mine may lead?!
