As a Director at NSCC, I work to ensure successful operations and delivery of user services. My responsibilities include providing senior leadership oversight, coordinating cross-functional work, assisting with annual planning and budget projections, mentoring staff, and fostering strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research organizations, and international institutions.

I use first-principle calculations, molecular dynamic simulations, and informatics to design new materials for a wide variety of areas especially catalysts, alloys and materials for energy storage, electronics, and organic solar cells.

IHPC is a world-class organization for computational science and engineering. I currently lead a team of about 50 scientists studying materials science and chemistry, mostly coming from an atomistic point of view. We work with industry partners all over the world in industries such as chemicals, consumer care, electronics and aerospace.

Duties included conducting laboratory courses and handling students' questions.

Performed state-of-the-art studies using computational chemistry on alkali and alkaline earth metal oxides and hydroxides and other relevant systems.
