Managed the Mid-South territory, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, and Missouri. Built relationships with territory accounts that allowed both the market penetration the organization was prioritizing, along with using my relationships to ensure that each customer was achieving their goals as well.

Managed the Southwest territory, including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico and Mississippi. Worked with retailers throughout the region to increase exposure of emerging brand and style. Relied heavily on relationships cultivated throughout my career to assist the line in gaining traction in this credit-challenged region.

Spearheaded the development and implementation of a new department at this residential property management company. Worked with the leasing and marketing department to increase client base and to expand exposure on a national level. Developed strategic relationships with national asset managers and local Realtors through a variety of innovative techniques. Developed significant relationships with large asset management companies looking to acquire significant REO tapes in multiple US locations. Through this 6-month process, our company was chosen over all property management companies nationwide to bid on government backed mortgage-to-lease programs. Led the first multi-family property acquisition. Developed numerous referral programs to increase exposure.

Handled all urban footwear, and later all urban, casual and contemporary sales in the southwest region, which encompassed Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas. Dealt with all customer service needs, including sales, account maintenance, and business assortment plans. Traveled extensively through the region, visiting clients on-site as well as setting up at hotels in larger metro areas. Maintained an award winning sales history throughout my employment, building up the territory to numbers that it had never reached previously. Set up at most regional tradeshows and Magic.

Southwest sales representative for Ecko Mens, The Marc Ecko Collection and G-Unit divisions of this company. Traveled throughout the southwest territory, working with clients to build exposure of the brand. Built this company’s revenue in the territory up tremendously, and showed at all regional tradeshows and Magic bi-annually.

Independently represented numerous Better Men’s brands, with placement in high-end stores: Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc. Launched brands in the southwest territory, helping to increase exposure while working closely with accounts to ensure the right placement of lines. Organized all company functions including tradeshows and special events. Prospected new business partners and negotiated all contracts.
