This project will generate over $100,000,000 in private/public investment. · Organized, developed and provided strategic management for the Wilmington Business Loan Program and Community Lending Program with the Community Lending Officer. A $1,400,000 CDBG and Section 108 loan program has been implemented. · Managed and supervised an expanding Parking Management program for the Downtown area. A budget of $2,000,000 operates two decks and more than 700 meters. Another deck is in the design phase. Assisted in the planning for the Market Street Deck Marketing Campaign. · NorthSide Community Plan implementation of Economic Development. Served on NorthSide Resource Center Board of Directors as ex officio City representative.
