-Leading a team of 14 to develop a payload to be launched on Blue Origin’s New Shepard Launch Vehicle.- Provide technical leadership throughout the entire product development cycle.- Incorporate schedule and financial margin to ensure the payload can be completed within budget and on time

-Create avionics and propulsion testing documentation for an Electro-Optical/Infrared Weather satellite.-Conduct battery charging, isolation, and Reaction Wheel command testing on a protoqualification Circuit Board.-Develop and document hardware and software setup for environmental and functional testing.-Create documentation for verification of requirements.-Ensure testing procedures verify customer requirements.

Project Goal: Applying MBSE principles to redesign a payload support system to be flown on Blue Origin’s New Shepard launch vehicle. My responsibilities include:-Design, build, and test an embedded payload support system to be launched in New Shepard launch vehicles.-Conduct trade studies to determine the most effective power and data distribution system design. -Analyze specification sheets to select electrical components that adhere to requirements specified by the customer.-Creating electrical schematics and PCB layouts in KiCAD.-Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to create a robust design against various common electrical/software failures.-Utilize MBSE software such as Siemens SMW to improve performance and maintain project quality. -Apply risk management principles and other MBSE practice to achieve Blue Origin flight-quality standards. -Technically communicate with Blue Origin through a variety of mediums, including presentational design reviews, CAD and Software Architecture uploads, and Manufacturing documentation.

Conduct research to improve synthetic SAR image data for relevant military targets. Develop C++ scripts for CAD model editing and improve existing Matlab SAR image processing algorithms. Utilize slurm scripting in bash to run radar simulations on HPC systems. Convey technical results in various methods such as research publications, posters, and presentations.

Created digital twins of automotive manufacturing facility layouts in AutoCAD. Prepared new layout proposals for major customers including Ford, Stellantis, and General Motors.
