Key responsibilities include:- Overall responsibility for all of Vodafone's Wholesale MVNO, broadband and carrier connectivity relationships in the UK - Leading the Wholesale team within Vodafone as a direct report to the Strategy Director - Responsible of all strategic wholesale partner agreements including Asda Mobile and Lebara MVNO- Driving growth across our base of ISP, Alt-net and resellers

Key experience includes:- Commercial and Finance Lead for Project Beacon (Vodafone UK’s network sharing arrangements with O2) leading multi-£m negotiations- Overall responsibility for UK M&A including acquisition and disposal of assets and businesses mobile networks, TV content and technology sectors- Project lead for a number of large Enterprise bids including a number of large/complex rail sector RFPs

- Led due diligence teams for numerous high profile corporate acquisitions in the telecoms sector including Vodafone’s acquisitions of Tele2, Central Telecom and Project Telecom as well as projects for BT, Liberty Global and Zain Telecom- Broad experience of working with banks and private equity investors including LDC, HSBC, RBS and Macquarie Bank - A number of cross-border projects in Europe, the US and Africa, coordinating and managing large teams
