Responsible for leading AAI's Hunt Valley, MD production operations (5 focused factories), including the assembly and test of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV's), ground support stations and other peripheral support equipment for the U.S. armed services and foreign military sales.

Honeywell's Seattle Area Service Center supports the global airline industry's needs for aftermarket repairs, modifications, and upgrades of Honeywell's commercial avionics, including: B777 AIMS, B737/B777 primary displays, FMC, CDU, TCAS, EGPWS, and flight data recorders. The site also supports the Boeing flight line and entry into service programs for new aircraft platforms.

Honeywell's Minneapolis Service Center repairs and overhauls RLG inertial reference systems for commerical air transport and business jet platforms. As the center of excellence for inertial reference systems, the site is also responsible for establishing repair and test procedures for Honeywell's global network of service centers, while insuring compliance with U.S. ITAR regulations.

Purchased Dairy Queen Brazier franchise and real estate in 2003. Implemented new business and operating systems, enabling business to be run and managed remotely as an investment. Increased store sales 28% in second year of ownership, and was recognized as one of top 10 stores in Minnesota for increased sales.

Managed Fabrication Division and Support Services (over 400 employees). Responsible for P&L of Fabrication Division, an internal supplier of high-precision machined components and sheet metal assemblies for Rockwell Collins aerospace/avionics products. In addition, had responsibility for management of facilities and maintenance organization for the corporate campus, Iowa’s 2nd largest manufacturing employer (1.25M sq. ft.) Operating budget exceeded $45M.
