• Oversaw the integration of new sites onto the Iron Mountain Platform. Managed complex Sale/Leaseback in two locations to global Investment Banking customer.
• Deployed energy strategy to support goal of 100% renewables through positions in wind and solar farms. Executed operating budgets in excess of $50M annually.
