Led operations of Iron Mountain’s data center portfolio across the US, UK and Asia. Supported aggressive acquisition and construction strategy that invested $2B in data center growth increasing the portfolio from three to twelve sites over a twelve-month period including sites in Singapore and the UK.• Oversaw the integration of new sites onto the Iron Mountain Platform. Managed complex Sale/Leaseback in two locations to global Investment Banking customer. • Deployed energy strategy to support goal of 100% renewables through positions in wind and solar farms. Executed operating budgets in excess of $50M annually. • Supported compliance standards including: FISMA High, ISO 27001, 50001, HIPAA, and PCI.

Led operations and management of ByteGrid’s national data center portfolio. Deployed customer portal and tools to enhance customer experience as well as deliver a uniform brand across all data centers. • Implemented policies and procedures across the portfolio to support compliance standards including FISMA, HIPAA, PCI, EHNAC and corporate audit controls for SSAE16 SOC 2 Type 2 Certifications.

Successfully completed the acquisition of venture-funded ServerVault, Corp. by Carpathia Hosting, Inc. as a member of ServerVault’s executive team and transitioned into the new role of Senior Director of Global Facilities at Carpathia Hosting.• Hired and led design team, GC team and subs to design and build 65,000 SF LEED Silver data center to Carpathia's compliant standards and budget. Project is a joint venture with Digital Realty Trust and Equinix. At project completion, Equinix was hired to operate the data center.• Led international portfolio of data center space and on-site support staff on four continents.• Integrated facilities support teams for both companies and guide implementation of uniform best practices globally.• Developed multi-million dollar hybrid data center utilization strategy for newly merged organization through Just in Time agreements, long term lease, and third-party build to suit construction.• Locate and negotiate agreements for strategic expansion and revenue opportunities.• Rolled out and updated policies and procedures to support federally compliant audit requirements that achieved ATO’s for federal customers as well as HIPAA, and PCI compliance.• Increased speed of revenue provisioning cycle by 30%.• Responsible for logistics and procurement in support of $75M in annual revenues.

Led strategic planning, operation and management of all corporate facilities and government compliant internet data centers. Responsible for all corporate procurement and logistics activities.• Led cross department team in migration of 20+ rack new revenue solutions into ServerVault facilities with minimal customer downtime.• Directed all on-site maintenance and construction with strict adherence to the M.O.P. scripting methodology when working in Mission Critical space.• Performed senior level management administration including creating and managing zero-based facilities operating and capital budgets for newly constructed sites. Hired and managed staff of armed guards providing 24x7 protection for the data center; as well as oversaw the creation and annual testing of disaster recovery policies and procedures. • Successfully transitioned internet data center from construction through level 5 commissioning of all equipment to production.
