I joined the Bright team in 2019 as a Data Analyst within the Business Development department. My primary responsibilities included developing, preparing, and delivering reports and data requests to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on becoming a SME of data sets regarding products for the company. I performed comparative analysis, maintained accurate data records, and implemented account changes as needed in Salesforce. I was responsible for overseeing product order changes for several hundred accounts.I worked with the data support team to help resolve technical issues, run data queries, and provide data quality assurance for customers. Familiar with agile methodology to achieve timely, efficient deliverables and prioritize future projects in the pipeline.
