Coupled with a strong focus on vision, execution and measured results, Mike’s coaching clients are empowered to thrive in and outside of the workplace and reach their full potential as leaders.With 25+ years of hands-on business experience in technology leadership roles for public, private and non-profit organizations in the roles of General Manager, Vice President, Director and Individual Contributor level positions, Mike has navigated the same challenges his clients face. He has successfully led global teams through the design, development and deployment of strategic (and often complex) products and systems. As a result, he brings a valuable balance of structure, logic, creativity, intuition, and visionary thinking to each coaching session.Mike holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Systems Engineering. He is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Coach & Energy Leadership Index Assessment Master Practitioner through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, a Certified Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner and a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. Health and well-being are top priorities for Mike. He brings his personal experience and knowledge in these areas to his coaching engagements. He has led workshops and classes that include mindfulness & mindfulness meditations, positive psychology, and pathways to authenticity. He is a Certified Happiness Coach through the Happiness Studies Academy (founded by Tal Ben Shahar). From these, he incorporates tools, techniques and practices, as appropriate, to enhance the coaching process and well-being of his clients. Mike loves to be outdoors working on projects, hiking, running and/or biking. He considers himself to be a lifetime learner with focus on attaining wisdom about the human condition and how to be of service to humanity.
