Our vision is to provide our customers with a competitive advantage at every stage of the supply chain by creating a better, faster and cheaper alternative through our innovation in technology and ability to be agile. Since founding the business with Glyn Rogan in 1997, our company has grown from a regional garment processing operation to, as the Telegraph recently called it ‘an international supply chain giant’, but I really feel we’re just getting started. In the past few years, we’ve established new bases across the Middle East, mainland Europe, and Hong Kong, as well as significantly expanding our UK operations because we’ve continued to invest in the technology which optimises our customers’ supply chains and helps them succeed. This means we’ve grown with our customers and also attracted significant new names to work with us as we’ve challenged the status quo and challenged our competitors. We’re passionate about creating a great place to work and the thing I’m most proud of is the team we have in place as we plan take the business up another gear. Out of the office, I’m a director of a local art charity in Mirfield, the West Yorkshire Print Workshop, and Vice Chairman of the Association of Suppliers to the British Clothing Industry (ASBCI). I've also sit on the Leeds Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Business, Innovation and Growth panel - as part of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority where along with fellow panel members we advise local government and the LEP on policy which will help business growth.In 2018 I was awarded an MBE for services to business and the community. This was seriously overwhelming and I’m eternally grateful to the colleagues, customer and suppliers that have supported me over the years.
