As Professional Services Manager I was responsible for all application development projects and resources. This included sales presentations, client account management, creating SOWs, project management and resource management. Solve's specialty is helping people use technology to gather, process and analyze data. At the most basic level, we work with databases and build systems to help people do some of the following: 1) Capture Information for analysis and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 2) Organize and present data in reports or through business intelligence tools 3) Build Web Portals for people to share and access information. 4) Build custom interfaces between systems.
