Fire Group has grown from what was originally Fire Hospitality. During the Covid pandemic of 2020/21 we diversified in to Healthcare with Fire Healthcare was launched in July 2021, specialising in the DBS Sector and looking after Healthcare, Education, Government and environments which require a DBS check to be completed. We then decided to move in to Food Chain sectors and launched Fire Food Chain providing assistance to Farming, Warehouse and logistics. With three divisions growing we have also diversified in to event management and planning and have launched Fire Events, with the growth we have experienced we have restructured the business and now rebranding as Fire Group.

Currently on a journey as Co-Founder & Director of Fire Hospitality. In a short period of time, we have grown to cover Permanent and Temporary assignments across the hospitality and leisure sectors. Fire Hospitality was founded by myself and Rodney Burt, we both have gained experience of working operationally in Back of House and Front of House at Management level within the Hospitality Industry and across different sectors. Between us, we have experience of Recruiting in the Hospitality & Leisure sectors recruiting for independent and National Companies, whilst working for Corporate and Independent Recruitment Companies. In this short term contract I worked on the PRS for Music Campaign and it is a Business2Business campaign. Contacting businesses & organisations of all sizes dealing directly with Owners/Ceo's/Directors. Ensuring that if businesses are using copyright protected music in their business that the relevant licence is in place whilst also up-selling the benefits of having/using music in their business. In this role I have to achieve set KPI's based on the way a call is handled and the revenue generated. With licences starting at £44+VAT going in to the thousands and Hundred Thousands depending on the music use in the organisation. In my first month I have achieved 115% of my target with no pipeline in place for generating sales.

The club was a Fitness First club that was in administration and was in the process of being transferred to new operators. I was responsible for the project of managing and implementing the transfer of procedures from Fitness First to Soll Leisure operating procedures. I had to ensure that all staff members understood the new operating procedures and terminology required to deliver the Soll Leisure Brand to new and existing members.In this role I was also responsible for all membership revenue that was generated from new and existing members.
