I have a BS in Computer Science and my passion lies in web design, marketing, and customer service. While managing my own web development business, I realized that I have a passion for helping others achieve success.I gained valuable experiences working as a consultant at Salisbury University's IT Helpdesk. I take pride that client's would ask for me by name because of my previous efforts in helping them and my expertise. I also became self-employed as a web developer and gained the trust of small business owners because of my integrity, support, and friendliness.While self-employed during my last two years in college, I learned to manage my time and prioritize tasks and projects in order to meet my client's needs. I resolved problems in a timely manner and always communicated my findings to the business owner. I learned to streamline work processes to be more efficient and listened attentively to my client's concerns and questions in order to provide better customer support.I then took those skills and founded Digital Focus L.L.C. to help business owners with their SEO, web development, social media promotion, and lead generation. Digital Focus is a marketing consultation company devoted to helping business owners increase their sales, maximize their online exposure, and improve customer retention. I'm just a regular person helping business owners improve their business. Helping others achieve success is my passion.
