About Mike Delacluyse

MIKE DeLACLUYSE is the President of Lesman Instrument Company and a specialist in Process Control Instrumentation. In December of 2020 Lesman joined the Kele Group as the platform company for their industrial automation pillar. Mike has been building the acquisition strategy with the goal to make Kele Industrial a significant force providing process and factory automation solutions to a wide variety of industries. He is also co-owner in RAECORents, a premier rental provider of industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental instruments and a wholly owned subsidiary of Lesman. Drawing upon his background in corporate leadership, customer relationship management (CRM), sales, and marketing, Mike brings quality process control instrumentation products to his clients enabling them to automate more effectively and become more productive and profitable. While a student in Industrial Distribution Management at the University of Illinois, Mike decided that he wanted to go into the family business. Expanding upon his training in engineering, marketing, finance, and accounting, he remains a student of the business, using the latest technologies for business development and improving the customer experience. In 2001, he took over as President, expanded the company through acquisition, creating new service offerings and building RaecoRents into a stand-alone business.With the goal of creating exceptional sales management for his vendors, a professional sales force that knows how to bring value to customers through improving results, Mike has positioned Lesman as a significant player in the process control instrumentation industry. “Business development is my passion,” he says. “Our proprietary sales process, transparency and business analytics are our best recruiting tools.
