My passion is to serve others and lead them into reaching their fullest potential as God's creation. Married to Trisha since 2001, we have three children and love doing life together. In my zeal for human flourishing through a biblical worldview, I've served with several nonprofits, founded a few and helped struggling organizations improve their quality of work and impact. Most of my childhood was spent in a small First Nations village in Paraguay with the Ache people. It was then my passion for studying, understanding, and serving underprivileged ethnic groups was born. I've discovered over the years that every ethnic group has a story and every individual is a living and active part of that ongoing story. My role has always been to help individuals make sense of the chaos in the world today and to find purpose and meaning as Imago Dei.
