System Architect on a suite of enterprise web applications for the collections industry. These web applications are highly customizable web portals for collection agencies and their clients. The system was developed using common java related technologies and best practices including Maven, Spring MVC, Spring Security, GWT, JPA (With SQL Server or MySQL) JavaScript, jQuery. Some supporting projects included some other technologies such as ElasticSearch, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.Property Preservation SystemI played the role of principal engineer to put together a technology stack using modern and best practices to develop a system for a property preservation company. The system was designed for the purpose of processing hundreds of thousands of configurable surveys in a timely manner through a complex workflow. This asset preservation system was developed in Java in conjunction with other common supporting libraries/frameworks such as Spring, JPA, Hibernate, jQuery. The system was able to process hundreds of thousands of records by distributing the workload through the use of Spring Batch and ActiveMQ.I also led the development of a supporting hybrid mobile application deployed on Android and iOS. The mobile application was used to assist in the collection of data related to the processing of surveys.
