Supporting the design and management of Emerging Market Entrepreneurial Programs• Provided a strategic plan and individual coaching to a women-focused entrepreneur program in Ghana. • Co-author innovation policy strategy for the government of Vietnam. • Co-author on the Strengthen the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem guide with a training program for GIZ and their consultants• Supported designing and delivering venture capital training for new venture funds under AFDB support. • Developed and managed a growth and capital raising program in Lebanon. • Researched and designed a program to support Entrepreneurship Support Organization (ESO) building across Africa. • Coaching a women-focused entrepreneurship organization in Vietnam on how to expand its impact. • Coached 4 different ventures on their growth in the Balkans for the World Bank• Taught an innovation marketing class for an executive education program in Cambodia. • Advisor on a multi-country entrepreneurial program in Central Asia that will generate thousands of new jobs • Advise and business development strategy for an NGO focused on entrepreneur growth across the globe.• Acted as a technical back-stop for the design of a women-focused entrepreneurial program in Tunisia for MCC• Advising a local university and an entrepreneurship institution on their services to improve economic governance in remote provinces in Vietnam.• Strategic planning and capacity building for a pan African ecosystem-building organization.

A forum to share effective practices of developing ecosystems that generate job creating entrepreneurs

Led the development and implementation of entrepreneurship initiatives worldwide while educating donors and the development community on effectively building entrepreneurship ecosystems• Designed and advised on a $15M Swiss Government-funded project that has helped build the ecosystem in 6 countries (4 in Western Balkans) and has helped to facilitate over $14 Million in financing to entrepreneurs.• Advising Myanmar Young Entrepreneurship Association in helping them to develop an Entrepreneur White Paper which they presented to the State Consular of Myanmar Aung San Suu Kyi. • Built and managed an ecosystem-building team in Vietnam that has made a national mentor and women entrepreneurship support platform. • Led a team of experts on cleantech, mobile technologies, early-stage finance, and global expansion in developing training programs for entrepreneurship support organizations for the World Bank. • Designed and led the U.S. State Department Tigers@mekong program for 3 years and helped catalyze 5 new angel investor groups, worked with 21 Ecosystem organizations, 118 new investors, and 158 new mentors.• Founded and led the Ecosystem Forum that attracted donors, experts, NGOs, and investors to share lessons about growing entrepreneurs in emerging markets. • Advised the North Macedonian, Georgian, Vietnamese, Laos, Peruvian, and Burmese governments to support entrepreneurs.

Designed and led the U.S. State Department Tigers@mekong program for 3 years and helped to catalyze 5 new angel investor groups, worked with 21 Ecosystem organizations, 118 new investors and 237 new mentors

• Designed and led a US government-backed program in Egypt that led to 149 new high growth ventures.• Promoted positive messages for U.S. Government leaders on U.S. leadership in entrepreneurship and supported the U.S. Ambassador and U.S. Secretary of State• Worked with local governments and the national Egyptian Government leaders on how to support better policies for entrepreneurs• Catalyzed and advised the capacity of an Angel Group in Cairo and other new angel investors which help to catalyze new financing of $3Million in over 7 years• Built the capacity of different entrepreneurship organizations including universities, NGO’s, accelerators/incubators, youth groups, and event organizers • Generated an incredible amount of media buzz (about 250 sources) from both traditional and social media sources • Helped to build the community of local business champions, mentors and investors to be an active part of the Egyptian Ecosystem

• Designed and implemented a business plan for Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology (RIAT) Community Resource Center • Was a leader of the Peace Corps Volunteer committee and managed volunteer issues with Peace Corps administration

• Led a spin-off e-learning startup in China - pitched to investors and brought on international partners• Led marketing and sales activities for a high-tech firm which led to landing business with Fortune 500 companies and $500,000• Successfully led the marketing effort for the firm in entering new markets of informatics and hybrid fuel technologies

• Part of a management team that helped to double sales and converted a $300K financial loss to a profit of over $1 million. • Led the accounting department which consisted of 12 people and including human resources, AR, AP and IT. • Designed and implemented a strategy to improve AR to save $300K • Led several IT implementations which improved productivity across the company • Managed all risk analysis that led to credit decisions while empowering the management teams with financial analysis
