► My experience as owner of multiple businesses in financial services, AFS Licence holder and as an adviser over a 36 year period, burnt into my psyche the importance of the need to drive new business revenue in concert with providing a great client service experience. This was my reason for the birthing of Leading Minds Academy® and it remains so to this day.► I have a powerful desire to bring information and value creation tools to the wider financial services community. ► The benefit to my audience of financial advisers and mortgage brokers is such that they are lifted to higher levels of productivity, increased revenues and greater profitability, removed from the commoditised environment and imbed greater client experience awareness in their processes and systems.► A natural flow on from that is my clients grow in confidence and belief in themselves, accelerate their business development and have the courage to tackle greater challenges in life.

► I chose to specialise within the business community by offering unique experiences enabling entrepreneurial business owners to drive their vision through to reality and secure their financial future. I created unique processes almost entirely out of client thinking and supported them with innovative strategies, structures and tools.► Our clients were then well positioned to identify what they needed to do immediately and in the near future, to create the life they wanted. In turn this led to a greater sense of personal control and predictability in their life. ► To remain an autonomous entrepreneur and retain our private brand, I applied for and was granted our own Australian Financial Services Licence on March 1, 2004.

► As an Employee Benefits and Superannuation specialist firm, I was jointly responsible for assisting employers of listed public companies and privately owned organisations implement wealth creation and preservation programs for the business owners and their employees. ► My role also included responsibility for the operation of a 15 adviser strong Managing Agency and establishing mechanisms for business owners to protect their primary assets from the ravages of death, disability and creditors, principally lending authorities.
