As the Voice Of the Customer Research and Development Engineering Lead, I am in charge of making sure that all new products meet the customer needs and that the innovative features are carried through all the way from concept to launch.

As an Advanced Design Engineer in the Horizons engineering R&D team at Fellowes, I was involved in the front end of the research and development process. We were in charge of all new product innovation, intellectual property, product research, and complex problem solving. I was involved in all four of the major product releases that were part of the 2023 Fellowes rebrand. I was the engineering lead on the Rising monitor arm as well as the Rising Loft desk organizer. I was involved in many parts of the Titan wall system, including the patented modular corner and bracket systems. I also created the patented filter change mechanism found in the Array line of air purifiers.

I established the Innovation Lab: our collaborative ideation process, facilitating engineering and design development. I helped lead the design engineers in creating new products ideas, as well as created a patented folding hex tile construction method that provides excellent acoustics properties.

I offer 16 years of experience working in collaborative product development teams, a unique perspective stemming from my background in both design and engineering, and a great eye for detail.
