Larsen & Toubro Infotech is a consulting organization that is responsible for managing Citi's Electronic Markets (EM) group, a division within Citi Securities Fund Services (SFS).I consulted on project Century, including building relationship management and account management groups.

Responsible for the Fluid Technology IT organization, which consisted of 4 business units and revenue of $5B. Reporting to the President and Global CIO, I was responsible for managing a global IT organization of 200+ employees with a $78M budget. My responsibilities included enterprise architecture, ERP transformation and IT strategy. The IT organization was reorganized shortly after joining ITT.Executive member of the Global CIO IT leadership team.

Director of IT Strategy, reporting to the Panasonic North America CIO. Responsible for aligning the IT strategy with the business strategy, including IT transformation, developing ROI projects, developing SOA technologies, reducing the application portfolio, and managing the strategic outsourcer - IBM.

Reporting to the CIO of Pfizer’s Adams division, my responsibilities included developing strategic outsourcing models, driving a global SAP strategy, implementing SAP in Sao Paulo Brazil and Barcelona Spain, and planning the SAP implementations for Japan and Thailand.Pfizer’s Adams division was divested to Cadbury Schweppes in 2004; I was responsible for leading the global IT integration team to migrate the Adams IT organizations from Pfizer to Cadbury and Schick to Eveready.

Reported to the President of Sony eSolutions, a division within Sony Electronics Company that oversaw eCommerce initiatives. Responsible for the creation and development of SonyStyle.com, which was Sony’s first B2C platform.Director of IT - Sony Media Solutions Company, a division of Sony Electronics. Responsible for IT management and application development including, manufacturing, supply chain, business-process re-engineering, ERP (JDE), and business intelligence.

In charge of reengineering a major Japanese retailer’s (Nissen) ERP legacy system (Unisys Mainframe) to a UNIX platform. Responsibilities included managing a staff of developers and architects to reengineer the ERP legacy platform to a C, Visual Basic, and Oracle platform.The complete project was implemented in Japan.
