Develop custom ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter 7.1 and PowerCenter 8.5.

Responsible for conducting data analysis and data modeling. Assists higher levelteam members to ensure development efforts integrate with the production of theenterprise data architecture.Design, develop and implement ETL stratagies and solutions to meet business requirements for reporting and daily operations.

Responsible for resolving data related issues associated with all applications supported by my team. These duties include stewardship of all data changes through the change management process as well as SQL tuning and writing and promoting DML and DDL statements to solve miscellaneous data related problems. Work with the business units, database administrators and data architects to ensure that the all issues are resolved quickly and to the business' satisfaction.Served as primary and secondary support for many of the applications supported by my team. Technologies used in supporting these applications include Microsoft Visual Studio, Forest & Trees and Access.

Used database management systems to develop small applications and reports for the Central Document Repository team which allowed them to increase and track productivity. Worked with users to understand and modify current workflow processes to take advantage of all available technology. Enabled users to independently produce productivity reports and data for CDR's customers.Mentored and trained coworkers on CDR's processes and the use of technology to streamline them. Consistently exceeded personal goals for customer satisfaction, productivity and on-time completion percentage. Organized and prioritized multiple tasks to ensure successful completion of projects as determined by the users.
