Originally hired to architect and drive company's transition from their expensive Manhattan office space to an all remote operation. Worked with C-Suite to implement change and drive adoption of streamlined processes and new technologies across all departments. Developed robust Customer Service solution including automated process to receive, track, and resolve requests from 25,000+ potential customers. Developed automated Sales Pipelines to track deals as they progressed through the stages of New Business and Renewals. Added Director of Customer success duties upon completion of digital transformation. Led a team of six to support customer base in their adoption and daily use of the company's SaaS platform. Team was also responsible for the successful renewal of $1M+ in contracts.Last six months of my contract, the CEO/owner and CTO/owner asked me to focus on helping them prepare for their eventual exit of the business. Company was successfully sold in February 2024.

Side hustle Shopify store launched 3/21/20 with three partners investing $500 each. In 24 months we generated $2.7M+ in revenue, planted 2,641 trees, and successfully exited the business.Mostly-automated, drop shipping business: "Gear to help you prepare, explore and enjoy more outdoors" - we sold first aid kits, bonfire pits, camping stoves/cookware, handmade axes & knives, survival shovels, lithium ion batteries / battery packs, solar-powered generators, and portable air conditioners. Donated one tree for every order placed, via OneTreePlanted.org.

Worked with Google's Head of Global Music Operations to integrate artist-related content into the NextRadio app, thereby creating the Radio Industry's first-ever live, interactive FM radio experience with album art, artist name and song title, and the ability to purchase the song in the Google Music Store (now "YouTube Music").Drove station-level adoption in the Top 100 US radio markets, helping staff ensure their stations were using our software correctly, a key component to ensuring the end user-experience (that of "the listener") was a good one.

Worked with a team of supremely talented people to merge the worlds of FM radio with a compelling app experience utilizing the FM Chip in the smartphone and the capabilities of a connected device. We drove 60M+ downloads in two years and solved the Radio Industry's 100-year problem by delivering a solution that enabled proof-of-performance tracking for commercials aired on FM. We could tell you who heard what commercial, and track their real world actions (did they buy?) afterward.Our work was a breakthrough for the Radio Industry, and put them on a level playing field with competing digital technologies whose measurement capabilities were preferred by advertisers.
