(3 month contract extended to 6 months, finished due to my travel plans)Primary responsibility of managing the online launch plan for TalkTalk's expansion into the mobile phone market. Working very closely with the Mobile team to allocate budget and set up schedules for each of our online activities during the launch process as part of the greater go to market plan which including email, TV and print elements.Management of online agency in the daily running and performance of the existing mobile product offering (SIM cards). This involved analysing the performance of search PPC, display advertising and affiliate networks.Implemented DoubleClick and WebTrends tracking to all outgoing email comms to improve ad serving accuracy on external sites.

Managed two simultaneous eCommerce websites (avantiplus.com), over a 1 year period the combined results were: Over 1 million visitors, 9000 transactions, 20,000 units sold and $900,000 NZD in revenue.Increased visitor numbers 80,000 year on year and squeezed the conversion rate up by 0.2% resulting in $180,000 NZD increase in sales compared to the previous year. I also focused on decreasing the average bounce & exit rates on the site to improve user experience and increase repeat purchases.

Large involvement with developing an ecommerce website from scratch (www.avantiplus.com). Responsible for coordinating the design, functionality, wire frames and product upload.Content management of www.avantibikes.comManaged online advertising to align with national promotions calendar.Coordinated set up and the functionality of micro-sites and competition landing pages (A/B testing), working closely with graphics department, product managers and external web developers.Initiated all social media objectives for multiple brands including facebook pages, twitter accounts, tumblr blogs, youtube & vimeo channels. I was also responsible for the content management and increasing engagement across these platforms.
