*Responsible for day-to-day operations of the environmental department, including all aspects of housekeeping, laundry and floor work.*Maintain a clean and safe building while meeting monthly payroll and supply budgets.

*Responsible for 7 buildings in Delaware (Wilmington, Hockessin, New Castle and Smyrna areas); transferred to Philadelphia as of November, 2008.*Hire and train my team of managers and assistant managers, setting them up for success in running their own facilities.*Ensure that my team of managers maintains clean and safe buildings.*Ensure that my team is meeting their monthly payroll and supply budgets.*Meet with the administrators weekly to ensure that all of their expectations are being met and address any issues that may arise.

*Oversaw four National Account Managers, handling a total of 1200 Dollar General locations nationwide.*Involved in placing contractors in all locations to perform routine and/or emergency services (janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal).*Responsibilities included: signing up and hiring of contractors, billing Dollar General, paying contractors, profit margins/margin improvements, and the scheduling and following up of services.

*Directly involved in all aspects of running the restaurant, including: interviewing and hiring of employees, scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering of product/liquor.*Responsible for maintaining food, liquor, and labor costs.
