In my time working I have been fortunate to be exposed to many different aspects of manufacturing, from precision machining in my time at ITW/Drawform to off line programming of CNC equipment to fixture and machine design. I have ran projects with outside suppliers, managed the build of equipment with internal resources and done every aspect of specialty equipment. I believe the strongest aspect of my experience is the interaction with all the different people and professional backgrounds I have encountered. I have most recently spent my time doing CAD/CAM administration, working closely with all the different areas of the business, doing what can be done to tie them all together and make work flow smoothly. I have spent time working closly with different product design teams to streamline designs for easier manufacturing, getting rapid prototype parts made from SLA or machined from solid.Specialties: I have been running SolidWorks since the 98plus release, 3 years with 2D AutoCAD, fluent in CAMWorks, MasterCAM and have spent sometime using Catia V5. I have used many different translation tools to migrate data from one CAD system to another. Capable of organizing, maintaining and making improvements to networking systems for file management, backups, license sharing etc.
