Head of the global L&D department and WintegrityL&D Responsibilities include: Training, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development for all Wintegrity offices, employees and markets. These offices are currently located in: Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Canada, Mexico and India. Offshore Recruiting Manager Responsibilities Include: Directing Recruiting Operations for 5 teams consisting of 35+ associates within 3 offshore delivery center locations in India (Chennai, Bangalore and Vadodara). These delivery centers provide assistance for Domestic and International initiatives for clients across many different Industries and specialties.

Team Lead for the manufacturing/engineering recruiting team, consisting of 5 Recruiters/Sourcers. - In addition to my Team Lead Responsibilities; I managed individual client accounts and was one of the top individual performers for the company (and network) year over year- Reported directly to the President of Variant Partners- Received Two National top 10 recruiter of the year awards (One top 5)- Trained and mentored Recruiters, helping them develop the skill sets they needed tobecome successful in the industry- Effective in targeting and developing underperforming Recruiters from other disciplineswithin the organization- Consistently ranked among the top 5 in the nation for team sales- Championed and grew Retained/Priority Search with new and existing client bases- Achieved Pacesetter (top earners within MRI Network Globally) 5 out of the 6 full years I was with Variant Partners/MRI Network.
