In my first real-world gig, I learned things that still inform the professional I am today: customer-centric thinking, brand identity, web and UI design, email, search, and more. I worked with people who hustled hard and did spin moves around failure while other companies faltered all around. It was thrilling and heartbreaking. Wouldn't trade the experience for anything. -

Every day, I arrived to a stack of ad requests, with account briefs, and was free to execute as I saw fit. Next day, new stack. I also laid out finished, waxed art on camera-ready pages... But I don't suppose anyone's looking for that skill anymore.
