Graphics Production Manager
CurrentDuties include but not limited to:• Manage production schedules by interacting with sales teams and publishers.• Serve as a publishing and graphic design subject matter expert and technical resource.• Develop, communicate and implement production and workflow procedures to insure all team members understand objectives and deliverables.• Train, develop, and coach design team on production and design policies.• Track, monitor and report production and accuracy data for operational reports.• Identify opportunities to address workflow disruptions and concerns, and implement any necessary corrective actions.• Serve as liaison between sales, publishing, and graphic design team.• Ensure advertising meets content and graphic standards.• Ensure advertising turn-around and quality meet and/or exceeds guidelines.• Assist sales and publishing to resolve any advertising queries regarding artwork.• Analyze workflow and production processes in order to continuously improve and implement any needed efficiencies.
