Started my career in software development, working mostly as a consultant using Microsoft development tools. My first of several programming contracts with Technology Partners was in 1994. From 2000-2002, I created PeopleGroups, a web based application/company to help individuals organize their relationships by groups and assist with each type of interaction. My programming background was mashed together with my desire to move towards people centric work. This opened the door to my career shift to Technical Recruiting and Account Management with Technology Partners. As a Technical Recruiter, I enjoy the most:– finding candidates for the most challenging positions– learning about the technologies of the position that I am working – getting to know the people that talking to, what motivates and drives them.I work with sub contracting firms and look for other partnering opportunities to be entrepreneurial and creative in helping to solve our client needs.I am also enjoy soccer, wakeboarding, hiking, my family and faith in Christ.
