Spending the last 20+ years building, consulting, managing and advising compensation & HR & Business leaders, I thrive in helping organizations achieve greater pay equity by making decisions based on data-driven information. In addition, I have developed disruptive compensation solutions designed to give Comp professionals resources to reduce time consuming manual efforts, so they can focus on the more strategic aspects of their jobs. Having been both a practitioner and consultant, gives me a unique advantage of speaking the language and quickly determining the needs a company has, and then figuring out how to creatively and uniquely address those needs through plan design & technical solutions. I have a proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading compensation teams to successfully hit their personal and business goals each year, which in turn, further equips HR to be a critical player within their respective organizations.I have been fortunate to be part of several successful exits (Compright, MarketPay, etc). This has allowed me to tinker in the start-up space and briefly pursue some business pursuits aimed at giving back to the communities with which I have been apart, which explains a few "gaps" in my HR career.I’m passionate about building and working with creative teams to create a culture of success within the HR space. I understand what it takes to facilitate and mentor successful teams, where everyone shares in the work, the fun and the rewards.
