CurrentI have had the opportunity to serve many different organizations as CFO during my 30-year career. The diversity of this experience has enabled me to function as a high-level business partner with CEO’s, management peers, my finance and operational teams as well as Boards. I have had a leadership role in four acquisitions, three divestiture/sale transactions, three recapitalization transactions and multiple bank refinancings. I have also played leadership roles in strategic planning processes, change management, business process and system improvements and core financial competencies such as financial modeling and forecasting, cash flow management, planning and analysis, internal controls and controllership.
